Lorenzo Gatto is an exceptionally gifted and precocious violinist. At the age of six, he took part in the RTBF Young Soloists Competition; at 17, he graduated with first-class honours from the Brussels Conservatoire; and at 22, he came second in the Queen Elisabeth Competition. Today, Lorenzo is constantly on the road, moving from one country to another and from one repertoire to another without a second thought. He has become a star in Europe, Korea, Malaysia, Abu Dhabi… He is adored everywhere. Lorenzo is a versatile artist with a passion for freedom. His many diverse and visually striking activities promise a vibrant film, centred on his music and his hobbies, ranging from paragliding to gliding and aviation. As a globetrotter, Lorenzo knows the world, which enables him to analyse our societies and the place of culture in our civilisations with intelligence and insight.
