Specialising in the English, Italian and German repertoire of the 17th and early 18th centuries, the ensemble Vox Luminis, conducted by Lionel Meunier, is internationally renowned for its unique timbre. The core group of vocal soloists is supplemented, depending on the repertoire, by an elaborate continuo section, solo instrumentalists or a full orchestra. Vox Luminis is artist-in-residence at the Concertgebouw Brugge. Since 2010, the Stavelot Festival has had the opportunity to invite the Vox Luminis ensemble on several occasions, and they have always been met with great acclaim.
